The Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) under the Faculty of Science and Technology is a four-year program, divided into eight semesters, designed to provide a solid academic foundation for careers in computer applications. The program includes 126 credit hours, covering analytical tools, business support areas, computer hardware, and core computer application subjects. Students gain practical experience through project work and internships, while elective courses allow for specialization in areas of interest. This comprehensive curriculum ensures both theoretical understanding and practical skills in real-life computing environments.

Who can apply for BCA?

Applicant must have completed 10+2/Intermediate or equivalent degree from a recognized institution with a cumulative of minimum of C grade.

➤ STEP - 1

  • Eligibility:
    • Applicant must have completed +2 or an equivalent examination with at least a Second Division (45%).
    • Must have studied Computer Science or Mathematics (100 Marks) at the +2 or equivalent level.
    • Must have attained a minimum C grade (Theory + Practical) in Computer Science or Mathematics.
